The moment

Clean Core
Every landscape inherits modifications. What matters is where each one sits. Inside the core, it gets re-tested at every upgrade. Beside it, it can evolve on its own clock.
We draw that line deliberately, document why each object falls on the side it does, and build what sits outside on released APIs and events. The result is a core you can upgrade without a project.
How we work
The traditional model bills for presence: bodies on site, ramping up on your landscape at your expense. We are structured the other way around.
Your landscape is reachable from anywhere, and so are we. No travel line, no relocation, no dependency on a seat in your building.
The person who designs the solution is the person who works on it. Nobody learns your landscape on your budget.
Analysis, documentation and code review run with AI in the loop. Work that used to fill nights now takes a fraction of the time, and that shows up in your timeline.
Engagements are defined by what has to be true at the end, not by how many hours it takes us to get there.
